REMIXING THE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN

BROADCAST REMIX (2 MIN.)

You are to create a 2 min video using found footage. Shape the clips you find into a new message than the original footage by mixing with other found films/videos. I want to see your hand in the piece. Make it your own by giving it your voice. The examples below will give you a better Idea of what I am describing.

12 Frame Surrealist Obstruction

DUE JAN. 24TH (100 POINTS)

Your assignment is to create a 45sec. video with these obstructions/objectives:
No music can be added (However sound is allowed)
The spoken word cannot be used
Each shot or edit is required to be 12 frames in length
You have 3 Various sized clip options break out time units anywhere from 1-30 sec.
Your goal in this video is to play and experiment in the same vein of the surrealist films we looked at today. Below is an example of a 12 frame obstructions from the movie The Five Obstructions.
